Every Watch Has a
Story Worth Keeping
Orison Temps approaches each timepiece with the patience it deserves — from a bracelet adjustment to a full preservation service for a collector's most treasured piece.
Book a ServiceThree Services, One Standard of Care
Each service is performed with the same deliberate attention, regardless of whether the watch is a daily wearer or a carefully stored collector's piece.
Watch Band Sizing
A thoughtful adjustment that brings your bracelet into alignment with your wrist. Links removed or added with care, spring bars inspected, and the clasp set to its midpoint for easy daily wear. Screw-link bracelets receive individual pin checks. Typically ready within one working day.
Date Mechanism Repair
When the calendar function begins to slip — a date that stalls at midnight, advances erratically, or sits off-centre in the window — this service addresses the root cause. The date wheel, jumper spring, and driving finger are inspected and replaced where necessary. Quickset corrector mechanisms are also verified. Turnaround is 5–8 working days.
Museum-Grade Preservation
For pieces held as display items or long-term investments. A full condition survey with macro photography, conservative surface cleaning, movement inspection without unnecessary disassembly, and archival-grade protection for exposed metals. The watch is returned in a controlled-environment pouch alongside a detailed condition report. Turnaround is 7–10 working days.
What Sets Our Workshop Apart
Condition Documentation
Every piece that enters the workshop is photographed before work begins. You receive a clear record of what was found and what was done.
Conservative First Principle
We avoid replacing what can be cleaned or adjusted. Parts are sourced only when wear or damage makes retention inadvisable.
Honest Turnaround Times
Quoted lead times reflect actual workshop capacity. If something changes, you will hear from us before the deadline passes.
